Sindh Rural Support Organization (SRSO), a non-profit entity established on May 29, 2003, under Section 42 of the Companies Act 2017, is dedicated to eradicating poverty and empowering rural communities. SRSO invites applications from qualified, motivated, and committed individuals for various roles under the Peoples’ Poverty Reduction Program (PPRP), which is being implemented in Karachi, Hyderabad Rural (Union Councils), Naushahro Feroze, and Shaheed Benazirabad.

Available Positions and Qualifications

  • District Manager
    Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Development, or Project Management preferred, with 5+ years of leadership experience or 7+ years with a bachelor’s degree. Expertise in stakeholder coordination, community mobilization, and project execution is essential.
  • Monitoring & Evaluation Officer
    Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of experience in M&E, preferably in donor-funded or financial sector programs.
  • Natural Resource Management Officer
    Bachelor’s or Master’s in Agriculture, Environmental Sciences, or related fields with 2 years’ experience in resource management. Skills in reporting and community engagement are a must.
  • Enterprise Development Officer (EDO)
    Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Economics, or a similar field with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in SME or livelihood-based development.
  • Finance Officer (FO)
    Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance with at least 3 years’ experience in budgeting, financial oversight, and compliance at the district level.
  • Program Officer – Admin
    Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in administrative and logistics roles. Must have excellent MS Office and organizational skills.
  • District Engineer
    B.E. in Civil or a diploma with at least 3 years’ relevant experience. Will assist in infrastructure design and planning.
  • MIS Officer
    BS in IT with 2 years’ experience in network management, data systems, and software tools for reporting and analysis.
  • CIF-HRD Professional
    Bachelor’s/Master’s in Social Sciences or Development Studies with at least 2 years’ experience in managing HRD initiatives, financial planning, and community training.

Unit-Level Vacancies

  • HRD Officer – Bachelor’s with 1 year in HRD, social mobilization, or community development.
  • Social Organizer – Bachelor’s or equivalent with 1 year in community mobilization.
  • MIS Assistant – BCS/Diploma with 1 year of experience and MS Office proficiency.
  • Field Engineer – Diploma/Bachelor’s in Civil with 1 year in field execution.
  • Finance & Admin Assistant – B.Com or equivalent with 1 year in admin/accounts.
