📌 Position Overview: Key Accounts Manager – Regional Level

As a Key Accounts Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage and expand the regional portfolio of key accounts, ensuring consistent achievement of visibility, volume, and value objectives across all channels. The role demands a combination of strategic thinking and execution excellence, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver business results.

  • Spearhead the development and expansion of the regional key accounts portfolio, including large retail chains and key distributors.
  • Formulate and implement effective regional sales strategies aligned with overall company goals.
  • Monitor and ensure achievement of sales KPIs, including revenue targets, product visibility, and market share.
  • Build and sustain strong business relationships with retail partners, distributors, and key clients.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience Required:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is mandatory. MBA will be an added advantage.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar sales or key accounts role within the FMCG or beverage industry.
  • Strong understanding of regional trade channels, modern retail formats, and sales analytics.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead teams and drive performance across multiple touchpoints.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the assigned region as per business needs.
