🔎 Position Details:
1. Security Officer
Qualification Requirement:
- Must be a Retired Army Officer of Major rank or above.
- Applicants should possess relevant experience in security-related roles.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and improve the security arrangements within the institution’s premises.
- Ensure a safe and secure environment for hospital personnel, patients, and visitors.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify and address security threats.
- Design and implement security strategies, SOPs, and relevant institutional policies.
- Supervise the inflow of patients and visitors to prevent overcrowding and potential risks.
- Monitor both local and international security alerts to identify possible threats affecting hospital safety.
- Maintain a proper reporting mechanism for incidents, and generate reports with analytical insights.
- Formulate evacuation and emergency response plans for crisis scenarios.
- Handle any additional responsibilities as assigned by higher authorities.
2. Inventory Assistant
Qualification Requirement:
- Intermediate (Higher Secondary School Certificate) or equivalent.
Preferred Experience:
- Priority will be given to individuals with experience in logistics, public sector housekeeping, or related domains within government or reputed institutions.
