Position Title: Joint Director (Insurance Division)

Number of Vacancies: 02
Location: Islamabad
Employment Type: Contract (Initial 3 Years, with potential for regularization based on performance)


Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

  • Candidates must be a Chartered Accountant (CA) from a recognized institute.

Experience Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience is essential.
  • Of these, at least 4 years must be with a Big Four audit firm, and a minimum of 3 years should be with a financial regulatory authority.
  • A deep understanding of insurance laws, IFRS-17 accounting standards, and the current solvency framework and risk-based capital regime is mandatory.
  • Please note that CA Articleship will be considered part of the required professional experience.

Age Limit:

  • The applicant’s age should not exceed 45 years as of the closing date for application submission.
