Eligibility Criteria:
NRSP/UPAP encourages fresh candidates with the following academic backgrounds to apply:
- Education:
- B.Com, I.Com, D.Com, ADC, ADP
- Intermediate (FA/FSc), or equivalent
- Master’s Degree holders in Commerce or related disciplines will be preferred for senior roles
- Age Limits:
- Field Staff: Maximum age 28 years
- Accounts & Admin roles: Maximum age 27 years
- Management Trainees: Maximum age 26 years
Note: Candidates awaiting results or currently continuing studies are not eligible to apply. Applicants with a third division in their most recent degree will also not be considered.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Monthly salary starting from Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 45,000, depending on qualification and position
