Key Responsibilities & Role Overview

The selected individual will be tasked with designing and executing growth strategies for expanding the Employee Banking and Cash Management business. The role demands strategic leadership, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration to drive business development and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Business Acquisition: Develop and implement plans to attract Employee Banking and Cash Management clients from diverse industry segments and business categories.
  • Digital Process Optimization: Lead the development of digital fulfillment channels, build a dedicated support team, and ensure timely execution of customer mandates to meet division targets.
  • Relationship Management: Create and execute a dynamic model for managing long-term, value-added relationships with Employee Banking and Cash Management clients.
  • Pipeline Development: Convert leads into partnerships through collaboration with internal departments and external teams.
  • Market Intelligence: Assess customer needs, analyze competitor products and market trends, and develop action plans to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong ties with key business stakeholders to streamline operations and maintain efficient service delivery.
  • Cross-Selling Initiatives: Promote synergy among business units for improved cross-selling of BOP’s products and services.
  • Process Innovation: Spearhead initiatives to enhance product offerings, upgrade technology, and introduce process efficiencies aimed at boosting profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Eligibility Requirements

🎓 Educational Qualification:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from a university recognized by HEC or an equivalent foreign institution.

🎯 Age Limit:

  • Applicants must be up to 55 years old as of August 03, 2025.
