Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
Candidates must hold at least a 16-year academic qualification (graduate degree) in any of the following disciplines from a reputable HEC-recognized university or an internationally recognized equivalent:
- Business Administration
- Finance
- Commerce
- Marketing
- Public Administration
Professional Experience
Candidates must showcase a minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience in leadership roles with any of the following backgrounds:
- Senior experience in governance, finance, marketing, commerce, or business administration in organizations known for their commercial activities.
- Previous tenure as a CEO or senior executive in reputable institutions known for their financial or commercial operations.
- Membership in the governing body of a professional institution, or leadership of a department with strategic or financial responsibilities.
Contract Duration & Age Limit
- Contract Term: 3 years (extendable based on performance and board approval)
- Maximum Age: 57 years at the time of application submission
