Registration and Recruitment Schedule

• Online Registration: From August 25 to November 16, 2025
• Physical Registration and Recruitment: From September 01 to November 23, 2025

Applicants can register online at www.joinpakarmy.gov.pk or by visiting their nearest Army Selection and Recruitment Center (AS&RC). Online registration is encouraged but not mandatory.

Eligibility Criteria

Nationality:

• Male citizens of Pakistan, Azad Jammu & Kashmir, and Gilgit-Baltistan are eligible.
• Applicants can be married or unmarried, depending on the post.

Educational Qualifications:

• Junior Commissioned Officer (Naib Khatib):
  • Must possess Dars-e-Nizami certification from a madrasa recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
  • Minimum qualification: FA/FSc or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in spoken Arabic and Hifz-e-Quran (Hafiz) will be given preference.
• Sepoy (General Duty, Driver, Mechanic, Clerk, Cook):
  • Minimum Matriculation or higher.
  • Candidates from Balochistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Gilgit-Baltistan may apply with D-grade intermediate qualification.
  • For Sepoy Clerk: Intermediate (C-grade) with computer diploma preferred.
  • For Military Police: Matriculation or above; preference to taller candidates.
• Sanitary Worker:
  • Illiterate or Primary-level education acceptable.

Age Limits (As of November 24, 2025):

• Naib Khatib: 20 to 28 years (Army personnel in service: 22 to 35 years with 1–16 years of service).
• Sepoy (All trades): 17½ to 23 years.
• Sanitary Worker: 17½ to 35 years.

Age Relaxations:

• 1 year for graduates or higher education holders.
• 2 years for sons/brothers of martyrs or war-injured personnel.
• 1 year for valid driving license holders (Drivers only).
• 3 years for residents of specific districts in Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Physical Standards:

• Naib Khatib & Clerk/Sentry Worker: Minimum height 5’3” (160 cm).
• General Duty/Driver/Mechanic: Minimum height 5’6” (167.5 cm).
• Military Police: Minimum height 5’8” (173 cm).

Required Documents:

Applicants must bring the following:

• Original and two attested copies of educational certificates.
• Four passport-sized photographs.
• Original CNIC or B-Form (with father’s CNIC).
• Domicile certificate and state subject certificate (for AJK candidates).
• For Naib Khatib: Madrasa certificate verified by HEC.

Selection Process:

1. Registration: Online or at AS&RCs.
2. Initial Tests: Written, medical, and physical fitness evaluations.
3. Interviews: Conducted at designated recruitment centers.
4. Final Selection: Based on merit and overall performance.

Applications for Naib Khatib should be submitted in person at Army Selection & Recruitment Centers located in Rawalpindi, Lahore, Multan, Karachi, Pano Aqil, Quetta, Khuzdar, Gilgit, Muzaffarabad, Faisalabad, Sargodha, Hyderabad, and other designated cities.

A specific allocation of seats is reserved for candidates from minority communities to ensure diversity and inclusion in the Pakistan Army.
