We are seeking individuals with deep expertise in revenue administration and proven experience in senior leadership roles. The ideal candidates will possess a strong understanding and practical knowledge in the following areas:
- Legislative and Regulatory Framework: Comprehensive insight into the laws, rules, and policies governing revenue administration.
- Organizational and Strategic Management: Ability to oversee large-scale revenue organizations with expertise in strategic planning, operational performance management, and efficient resource allocation.
- Revenue Modernization and Reform: Experience in implementing reform strategies, modernizing revenue systems, and driving organizational transformation through effective change management.
- Technology Integration: Knowledge of leveraging advanced information technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency and strengthen revenue management systems.
- Functional Procedures and Controls: Mastery of compliance risk management practices, revenue collection mechanisms, and control measures necessary for efficient revenue administration.
Experience and Preferences
Applicants must have a proven track record in revenue operations at a senior management level, demonstrating leadership in complex and dynamic environments.
- 10+ Years of Revenue Operations Experience: Comprehensive exposure to managing and supervising revenue administration functions at a senior level.
- Regional and Global Perspective: Familiarity with revenue-related issues in a regional context and a strong understanding of the unique challenges faced in revenue reforms.
- Capacity Building Expertise: Prior involvement in international training programs, capacity development (CD) initiatives, and conducting workshops or seminars focused on tax and revenue administration.
