Available Positions & Details:
1. Warehouse Supervisor
- Age Limit: Up to 35 years
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Languages: Proficiency in English (mandatory); Arabic (preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in warehouse operations, preferably in retail logistics companies such as Agility, Seagold, or in the GCC region.
- Skills & Responsibilities:
- Oversee fast-paced warehouse operations across multiple sites and clients.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Advanced skills in MS Office and SAP applications.
- Familiarity with Material Handling Equipment (MHE) operations.
- Strong understanding of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reporting procedures.
- Ensure compliance with operational policies and high service standards.
2. Warehouse Coordinator
- Age Limit: Up to 35 years
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
- Languages: Fluent English (required); Arabic is an added advantage
- Experience: Relevant experience in logistics or warehouse management, ideally with GCC exposure.
- Skills & Responsibilities:
- Generate and maintain stock reports using SAP systems.
- Coordinate with clearance teams for shipping notifications.
- Handle goods receipt vouchers and returns (customer/showroom).
- Conduct minor IT troubleshooting within the warehouse network.
- Manage inbound shipping schedules, update ASNs with bin allocations, and track stock.
- Provide administrative support for warehouse-related operations.
3. Warehouseman
- Age Limit: Up to 30 years
- Education: High School Certificate
- Languages: English proficiency required; Arabic preferred
- Experience: Prior experience in logistics or warehousing (Agility, Seagold, GCC experience preferred).
- Skills & Responsibilities:
- Load and unload vehicles systematically.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Report damaged or exceptional goods promptly.
- Assist in accurate goods receiving processes.
- Operate forklifts (advantageous).
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and housekeeping standards.
- Basic computer knowledge, especially for RF scanning systems.
4. Carpenter
- Age Limit: Up to 35 years
- Education: High School or Technical Diploma in Carpentry
- Languages: Basic English (reading, speaking, understanding); Arabic advantageous
- Experience: Proficient in carpentry with hands-on experience in construction and repair tasks.
- Skills & Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, drywall, and related materials.
- Build and install cabinets, frames, fixtures, and furniture.
- Conduct inspections and repair damaged structures.
- Maintain safety standards and guide helpers or laborers onsite.
