Available Positions & Requirements:

1. Manager IT Operations

  • Education: Master’s/Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, Communications, or Management.
  • Experience: 8–9 years, including 4+ years managing Service Desk teams.
  • Certifications: ITIL Foundation, Cloud Certification, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Power BI, and Power Apps.
  • Key Skills: Leadership in IT operations, advanced service desk management, process optimization, and strategic technology planning.

2. Manager Enterprise Applications

  • Education: Master’s/Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years in enterprise application and infrastructure management.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Oversee enterprise applications, IAM, and SSO integration.
    • Automate system provisioning, patching, and lifecycle management.
    • Administer and optimize databases such as MySQL/MariaDB with replication and failover setups.

3. Assistant Manager IT Operations

  • Education: Master’s/Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or Communications.
  • Experience: 5+ years, including extensive experience leading Service Desk teams.
  • Certification: ITIL Foundation preferred.
  • Skills: Effective IT service delivery, incident resolution, and team supervision.

4. Assistant Manager Administration

  • Education: Master’s/Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: 5+ years in administrative management, preferably within an IT-focused department.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and leadership abilities in operational support.

5. Team Lead Service Desk

  • Education: Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or Communications.
  • Experience: 2–3 years in IT service desk roles.
  • Certification: ITIL and Cloud certifications preferred.
  • Skills: Service desk supervision, incident tracking, and user support.

6. Team Lead Data Center

  • Education: Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT, or related discipline.
  • Experience: 3–5 years in data center operations.
  • Skills:
    • Expertise in power (UPS, ATS, generators) and cooling systems.
    • Knowledge of DCIM, BMS, SCADA, and ITSM platforms.
    • Familiarity with ISO 20000/27001, EPI standards, and structured cabling.

7. Desktop Support Engineer / Service Desk Analyst

  • Education: Bachelor’s in IT or Computer Science.
  • Experience: 1–2 years in desktop support.
  • Preferred Skills: ITIL knowledge, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and user support.

8. Lead Lab Engineer

  • Education: Bachelor’s in IT or Computer Science.
  • Experience: 2+ years in lab management, IT hardware/software maintenance, and coordination.

9. Officer Systems Administration

  • Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science or IT.
  • Experience: 3–4 years in system administration.
  • Skills:
    • Expertise in Linux and Windows server environments.
    • Hands-on with virtualization (vSphere, vCenter).
    • Knowledge of enterprise storage (Dell EMC, HPE, NetApp) and backup tools (Veeam, Commvault).

10. Cybersecurity Specialist

  • Education: Bachelor’s in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or Computer Science.
  • Experience: 3–5 years in penetration testing, red teaming, or threat intelligence.
  • Certifications: OSCP, CEH, OSEP, CRTP, PNPT, or equivalent preferred.
  • Skills: Offensive security, AD exploitation, SIEM platforms (Splunk), and vulnerability assessments.

11. Asset Coordinator

  • Education: Master’s/Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: 4–5 years in IT asset management with ERP (SAP) proficiency.
