Role Overview
As an IT Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to youth at our Youth Learning Hub in Shahdadpur, District Sanghar, Sindh. Your primary goal will be to help students gain confidence in using computers, improve their digital literacy, and introduce them to the latest tools and technologies shaping the modern workplace.
Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Teach
You will play an essential role in building the technical foundation of our learners by covering the following areas:
- Computer Basics & Operating Systems
- Introduction to computer components, functions, and maintenance.
- Understanding different operating systems, navigation, and file management.
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Practical training in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Document formatting, spreadsheet calculations, and presentation creation.
- Digital Communication Tools
- Using email, messaging platforms, and collaborative tools effectively.
- Understanding online communication etiquette and safety.
- AI Tools Awareness & Usage
- Introduction to Artificial Intelligence concepts.
- Practical applications of AI in daily life and work.
Eligibility Requirements
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification:
- BS in IT / Computer Science (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply) OR
- IT Diploma with at least 2 years of teaching/training experience in relevant subjects.
- Skills & Attributes:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for beginners.
- Passion for youth empowerment through technology education.
