Karachi Mobility Project
Request for Expression of Interest (EOI)
The Government of Sindh, through its Transport and Mass Transit Department, invites applications from suitable candidates for appointment under the Karachi Mobility Project. The required positions will be filled on a purely contractual basis through an international funding agency. The contracts will initially be for one year, renewable annually based on satisfactory performance and project requirements.
This opportunity offers motivated professionals a chance to contribute towards the advancement of Karachi’s mass transit system.

Available Positions & Requirements
The following staff members are required for the project. Interested candidates must meet the minimum qualifications and experience outlined below:
General Eligibility Criteria
- Education: At least a Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university or institution.
- Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Excellent listening skills with good comprehension.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office and related software.
- Minimum average typing speed of 30 words per minute.
- Ability to take dictation and notes efficiently.
- Experience: At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in a similar capacity. Prior experience in donor-funded or large-scale government projects will be preferred.
