The Health & Population Department, Government of the Punjab, is seeking applications from dynamic, qualified, and experienced professionals to join its Project Management Unit under the Directorate of Provincial Healthcare Service Monitoring & Evaluation System. These appointments are offered on a contract basis for a development project and provide an excellent opportunity to contribute towards strengthening the healthcare delivery system across Punjab.

Available Positions
1. Program Director (PPS-11)
- Number of Posts: 01
- Age Limit: Up to 65 years
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 16 years of education with postgraduate qualifications, preferably in Public Health, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Medical Sciences, or Social Sciences from HEC/PMDC recognized institutions.
- Strong background in program design, planning, monitoring, and evaluation of large-scale healthcare initiatives.
2. Additional Program Director (PPS-10)
- Number of Posts: 01
- Age Limit: Up to 55 years
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong analytical and program management skills required.
3. Deputy Program Director (Technical) (PPS-09)
- Number of Posts: 01
- Age Limit: Up to 45 years
- Eligibility Criteria:
- 16 years of education (Medical Doctor/Public Health preferred).
- Ability to coordinate with technical teams and implement innovative healthcare interventions.
4. Deputy Program Director (Data/Reporting) (PPS-09)
- Number of Posts: 01
- Age Limit: Up to 45 years
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s (16 years education) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or IT from HEC-recognized institutions.
- Proficiency in modern data tools for health monitoring and evaluation will be preferred.
5. Deputy Program Director (Admin & Finance) (PPS-09)
- Number of Posts: 01
- Age Limit: Up to 45 years
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong command over financial rules, government systems, and donor-funded projects is required.
