About the Role

As a Social Media Specialist at SeeBiz, you will be responsible for managing and executing powerful social media strategies that drive visibility, engagement, and growth across multiple platforms.   • Monitor competitor activity, track engagement analytics, and recommend improvements to maximize performance.
  • Represent the brand in live sessions, product showcases, and video campaigns with clarity and confidence.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to plan, script, and publish engaging content across digital platforms.
  • Respond actively to audience comments and messages to strengthen brand loyalty and trust.
  • Build meaningful online relationships and boost community engagement.
  • Drive organic growth, increase followers, and improve engagement rates through innovative storytelling and trend utilization.

Requirements & Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management (agency or brand side).
  • Strong on-camera confidence and exceptional presentation, communication, and public-speaking skills.
  • In-depth proficiency in all major social media platforms—Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Ability to conceptualize, plan, script, and execute high-quality digital content independently.
