📌 Available Position
🗂️ Junior Clerk (BPS-11)
Total Vacancies: 35
Age Limit: 21–28 Years
🎓 Required Qualification:
- Graduation (at least Second Division) from an HEC-recognized university
AND
- Six (06) months MS Office Certificate Course from Sindh Board of Technical Education (SBTE) or any recognized technical institute
Candidates must possess good typing speed, computer handling skills, and proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
📝 Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must fulfill the following requirements:
Sindh Domicile
Only candidates holding valid domicile of Sindh Province are eligible to apply.
STS Screening Test
Candidates must have passed the Graduation Category General Screening Test conducted by SIBA Testing Services (STS) with at least 40% marks.
Applicants must possess a valid STS certificate issued by STS for eligibility against the advertised post.
⚖️ Age Relaxation Policy
- Age will be calculated according to Sindh Civil Servants (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 2024.
- General age relaxation will be granted as per Government of Sindh policy.
- Upper age relaxation will be applied in accordance with SGA&CD notifications and recruitment rules.
📑 Recruitment & Appointment Policy
- Appointments will be made in accordance with the Sindh Government Recruitment Policy notified on 26.04.2023, 11.07.2023, and 21.11.2025.
- Recruitment shall be governed under the Sindh Civil Servants Act, 1973 and amended rules issued from time to time.
Candidates already serving in Government Departments must:
- Apply through proper channel
- Obtain a valid No Objection Certificate (NOC)
- Produce original NOC at the time of interview before the Departmental Selection Committee
