The Directorate General of Health Services Sindh, through its Office of the Additional Director CDC-HIV/AIDS, is inviting applications from qualified, motivated, and experienced candidates for multiple contract-based field positions across Sindh. These positions are critical in supporting HIV/AIDS field operations, surveillance, and community health programs.

Available Positions:
- Support Officer
- Field Officer / Social Mobilizer
- Lab Technician / Phlebotomist
All positions are on a strict contractual basis for a specified duration and are aimed at enhancing public health initiatives across various districts of Sindh. Applicants will be assigned to specific field locations based on operational requirements.
1. Support Officer – CDC-HIV/AIDS
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Minimum of a graduate degree from a recognized university.
- Age Limit: Up to 45 years.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist field operations in HIV/AIDS programs.
- Coordinate with local health facilities and community stakeholders.
- Support data collection, reporting, and monitoring of program activities.
- Facilitate community engagement and awareness campaigns.
Field Assignments – Target Districts:
- Karachi: Korangi, Malir, Karachi East, Karachi West, South Karachi
- Other Districts: Mirpurkhas, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Larkana, Shaheed Benazirabad, Naushahro Feroze, Badin, Jacobabad, Khairpur, Matiari, Sanghar, Kashmore
Applicants from the districts listed above will be given preference.
2. Social Mobilizers – Community Health
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Minimum Intermediate (FA/FSc) or diploma in relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in community health, social mobilization, or public health fieldwork.
- Age Limit: Up to 45 years.
Job Responsibilities:
- Mobilize communities for HIV/AIDS awareness programs.
- Conduct outreach campaigns to ensure maximum community participation.
- Support field staff in organizing health education sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of community engagement activities.
Field Assignments – Target Districts:
- Karachi (East & West), Malir, Korangi
- Mirpurkhas, Larkana, Sukkur, Shaheed Benazirabad
- Badin, Sanghar, Matiari, Khairpur, Jacobabad
- Nawabshah, Tando Allah Yar, Thatta, Sukkur, Naseerabad, Sanghar
Preference will be given to candidates from the target districts to enhance local community outreach.
3. Lab Technician / Phlebotomist
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Minimum of a diploma in laboratory technology or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year experience as a Lab Technician in public health or hospital settings.
- Age Limit: Up to 45 years.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct sample collection, testing, and laboratory reporting for HIV/AIDS programs.
- Ensure accurate and timely laboratory results to support field operations.
- Maintain lab equipment, quality control, and safety standards.
- Support surveillance and data reporting for program monitoring.
Field Assignments – Target Districts:
- Karachi, Hyderabad, Mirpurkhas, Sukkur, Larkana, Shaheed Benazirabad, Badin
- Jacobabad, Khairpur, Matiari, Nawabshah, Sanghar, Tando Allah Yar
Candidates from these districts will be prioritized for assignment to improve field effectiveness.
