1️⃣ Customer Services Officer

Department: Consumer Banking Group – Taqwa Islamic Banking
Grade: Band-13 / Band-12
Location: Multiple Cities Across Pakistan

Job Summary & Key Responsibilities

The Customer Services Officer (CSO) will play a vital role in delivering exceptional branch-level banking services while ensuring strict compliance with regulatory and Shariah guidelines. Key responsibilities include:

Processing Account Opening Forms (AOFs) in compliance with CDD (Customer Due Diligence) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations.
Ensuring rectification of audit observations related to operational processes.
Handling closure of deposit accounts as per regulatory framework.
Completing documentation before activation of dormant or unclaimed accounts.
Maintaining safe custody and organized filing of account documentation.
Updating customer profiles and performing periodic Ongoing Due Diligence (ODD) for low, medium, and high-risk accounts.
Conducting bi-annual internal assessment of top 100 depositors.
Maintaining NADRA logbook and regulatory compliance records.
Achieving monthly Private Sector Deposit growth targets.
Cross-selling consumer products including Auto Finance, Mortgage Finance (including LCH), Bancatakaful, and other Islamic banking products.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Qualification: Graduation or equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.
Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. However, candidates with at least one year of relevant banking experience will be preferred.
Strong communication, customer service, and compliance management skills are essential.

📌 Personal Banking Officer

Department: Consumer Banking Group – Taqwa Islamic Banking
Grade: Band-13 / Band-12

Location: Multiple Positions – Pan Pakistan

Job Responsibilities

The Personal Banking Officer (PBO) will be responsible for driving business growth, enhancing customer relationships, and ensuring quality service delivery. Core duties include:

Achieving monthly targets of Funded New-to-Bank (NTB) accounts.
Selling Alternative Delivery Channels (ADCs) and promoting digital banking solutions including Roshan Digital Account (RDA) and digital onboarding services.
Generating leads and referrals through effective relationship management.
Activating dormant accounts to increase average deposit portfolio.
Ensuring efficient product delivery and elevating overall customer experience.
Promoting Islamic banking solutions under the Taqwa Islamic Banking umbrella.

Eligibility Requirements

Graduation from an HEC-recognized university.
Strong sales orientation and business development mindset.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Preference will be given to candidates with prior banking or financial services experience.
