General Eligibility Criteria
Academic Requirements:
- Applicants must have achieved First Division (60% marks in the annual system or a CGPA of 2.5/4.0 in the semester system) in their final degree.
- Only one Second Division (with at least 50% marks) is allowed during the entire academic career, starting from Matriculation onward.
- Candidates with a Third Division in any academic stage are not eligible to apply.
Degree Recognition:
- All degrees must be obtained from universities recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) or the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
- Candidates who have completed O-Level or A-Level must provide an equivalence certificate issued by the Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC).
