Available Positions
1. Microbiologist
Qualification:
- M.Phil in Microbiology or FCPS in a relevant specialty from a recognized institution.
Experience:
- 2–4 years of professional experience in a clinical or diagnostic laboratory setting.
- Hands-on expertise in microbial culture techniques, identification procedures, and antimicrobial susceptibility testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine and specialized microbiological tests with accuracy and precision.
- Supervise laboratory processes to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Assist in infection control programs and research initiatives.
2. Lab Technologist
Qualification:
- BSc in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or BS (Hons) in Microbiology from an HEC-recognized institution.
Experience:
- 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in diagnostic laboratories.
- Proficiency in operating laboratory equipment and performing a variety of diagnostic tests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform hematology, biochemistry, and microbiology tests as per standard protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of test results and ensure timely reporting.
- Assist in the calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of lab instruments.
