Required Qualification & Professional Experience

Candidates must possess strong academic backgrounds and extensive project management experience.

Option 1

• Minimum BS (16 years) or Master’s degree in:
  • Civil Engineering
  • Project Management
  • Business Administration
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in:
  • Project planning & execution
  • Design and implementation
  • Contractor & consultant supervision
  • Monitoring, reporting, and documentation of periodic progress

OR

Option 2

• Minimum M.Sc / MS / M.Phil (18 years) in:
  • Civil Engineering
  • Project Management
  • Business Administration
• Minimum 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience in reputed Public/Semi-Autonomous/Autonomous bodies.
  • Project development
  • Execution and supervision
  • Contractor & consultant management
  • Compilation of periodic and technical reports
• PEC regulations
• PPRA procurement rules
• Planning Commission frameworks
• Government project guidelines & financial procedures
