🔹 1. Position: Unit Head – Credit Processing Management (OG-1/AVP)
Reporting Line: Wing Head – Governance & Control
Required Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university (local or foreign) in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Candidates with Master’s degrees or professional certifications in banking, credit risk, or finance will be given preference.
Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years in credit-related roles, preferably in credit portfolio management.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Familiarity with banking laws, SBP regulations, and credit approval processes.
- Team-oriented and performance-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process credit proposals for new accounts, renewals, and restructuring cases.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations regarding credit evaluation.
- Conduct regular analysis to assess the quality and structure of the credit portfolio.
- Coordinate internal reporting related to portfolio performance and risk exposure.
- Track payment performance, oversee delinquent accounts, and propose remedial actions.
- Archive files and maintain documentation according to bank policy.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
🔹 2. Position: Unit Head – Senior Credit Analyst (OG-1/AVP)
Reporting Line: Wing Head – Credit Processing & Structuring
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting from a recognized university.
- A Master’s degree or relevant professional certification will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years in the banking/financial sector.
Core Competencies:
- Advanced financial analysis and credit risk assessment skills.
- Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Sound understanding of industry benchmarks, SBP regulations, and internal risk frameworks.
- Excellent report writing and presentation capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Review and process individual credit requests for FI/NBFC clients in line with business unit requirements (including treasury and domestic/overseas branches).
- Conduct regular credit reviews using internal rating models.
- Maintain peer analysis for sector comparison and portfolio benchmarking.
- Coordinate with risk, compliance, and treasury departments to facilitate approvals.
- Continuously refine internal credit processing workflows to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance.
- Respond to internal/external audit queries and assist with regulatory reporting.
- Contribute to improvement initiatives in risk management systems and practices.
- Support the Wing Head with various strategic and operational assignments.
