1. Assistant General Manager – Business Development (AGM BD)
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 20 years of experience in business development, client management, and partnerships within the construction sector.
- Proven expertise in building long-term client relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
2. Manager – Business Development
- BSc in Civil Engineering; Master’s in Business, Marketing, or related discipline preferred.
- At least 7 years of professional experience in business development within the construction industry.
- Strong networking, presentation, and proposal development skills.
3. Assistant General Manager – Projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s qualification is advantageous.
- Over 20 years of experience managing and delivering large-scale construction projects.
- Ability to supervise multiple ongoing projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
4. Project Manager
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
- At least 12 years of hands-on project management experience with medium to large-scale construction works.
- Capable of leading diverse teams, coordinating resources, and ensuring adherence to budgets and schedules.
5. Construction Manager
- Minimum 15 years of site-based construction management experience.
- Proven expertise in overseeing all aspects of on-site execution, resource management, and quality control.
- Ability to deliver projects within budget, on time, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
6. Project Coordinator
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering; Master’s preferred.
- At least 7 years of experience in project coordination, progress reporting, and site monitoring.
- Willingness to travel frequently and liaise with site teams and stakeholders.
7. Senior Quantity Surveyor (Costing, Budgeting & Proposals)
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience in cost control, contract management, and proposal development.
- Ability to prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates and bid proposals.
- Strong expertise in budgeting and financial planning for construction projects.
8. Senior Quantity Surveyor (Billing)
- At least 15 years of experience in quantity surveying with a specific focus on billing.
- Demonstrated ability in preparing and reviewing client bills, subcontractor invoices, and progress claims.
- Competence in financial reporting and project measurement.
9. QA/QC Laboratory Manager
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in quality assurance, quality control, and construction material testing.
- Ability to oversee laboratory operations and ensure compliance with project specifications.
