1. Deputy Operation Officer

Applicants must hold a Master’s degree or 16 years of education with significant experience in managing projects funded by international donor agencies, including the UN and other public sector organizations. A minimum of 15 years of relevant project execution experience in rural infrastructure and housing initiatives is essential.

2. Company Secretary

Candidates should possess a Master’s in business administration, commerce, law, or be a qualified member of recognized professional accountancy bodies . Social Safeguard Officer

At least 5 years of experience in the social development sector focusing on land acquisition, resettlement, and stakeholder engagement is necessary.

4. GRM Officer

Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Social Sciences, or a relevant field, with 2 to 3 years’ experience in grievance redressal systems or community engagement preferably within donor-funded projects.

5. Contract Management Officer

A Master’s or PGD is a plus. Candidates should have at least 4 years of experience in procurement and contract negotiation, preferably in international donor-funded environments.

6. WASH Engineer

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering and a Master’s in Environmental Engineering, with 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in rural WASH infrastructure projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS, and MS Project is desirable.

7. Monitoring & Evaluation Officer

Applicants must have a Master’s degree in Public Policy, Social Sciences, or related fields, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in M&E for national/international development programs. Certification in Monitoring & Evaluation is a strong advantage.

8. Assistant Manager Finance

Candidates must have at least 3 years’ relevant post-qualification experience with certifications such as ACA/ACCA/ACMA.

9. Assistant Manager Disbursement

Applicants should hold certifications such as CA/ACCA/ICMA/M.Com/MBA (Finance) with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial disbursement operations within public or private sector entities.

10. Climate Support Officer

A degree in Environmental Science or a related discipline is essential, with at least 5 years’ experience in climate change or sustainability management.

11. Project Officer

Applicants must have a Master’s in Social Sciences or a similar field.

12. GIS Data Analyst

A Master’s degree in Computer Science, GIS, Geography, or related field is required. Hands-on experience of at least 5 years in GIS-based data analysis is mandatory. Preference will be given to those with a specialization in Remote Sensing.
