Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
Applicants must possess a minimum of Intermediate (HSSC) education with at least 1st Division or a “B” grade, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized board or institution.
Professional Qualification:
Candidates must hold a valid CPL/IR (Commercial Pilot License/Instrument Rating) issued by the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and must meet ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 4 standards in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Flying Experience:
A minimum of 200 flying hours is mandatory to qualify for this position.
Age Limit:
The maximum permissible age is 35 years as of the application submission deadline.
Medical Standards:
Applicants must fulfill all medical fitness criteria set by the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (CAA).

A total of 24 positions are available for recruitment.

Selection Process:
- Eligible applicants will undergo a Computer-Based Test (CBT) conducted by an independent testing agenc
- Applicants scoring 70% or above will qualify for further evaluation, which includes:
- Flying Aptitude Test
- Personal Interview
- Comprehensive Medical Examination
- Only candidates who successfully clear all stages will receive final selection notifications.
- Recruitment will be carried out in adherence to provincial, regional, and other applicable quotas as per government regulations.
Salary & Benefits:
- During the training phase, selected cadets will be entitled to a monthly stipend.
- After successful completion of training and commencement of active flying duties, an attractive salary package will be offered.
- Additionally, employment will be contingent upon signing a training bond worth USD 15,000, or an equivalent amount, prorated over two years following the first productive flight.
