About the Role
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Whole School Evaluation (WSE) Evaluators to play a critical role in assessing and enhancing school performance across TCF’s extensive network of over 2,000 schools. This position involves conducting comprehensive evaluations using a blend of qualitative and quantitative research methods—ranging from classroom observations and in-depth interviews to surveys, document reviews, and stakeholder meetings.
Your work will generate valuable insights for principals, teachers, and learners, shaping actionable recommendations that promote continuous improvement. By safeguarding fairness, transparency, and neutrality, you will help elevate educational standards, especially in under-resourced settings. Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Education (B.Ed. preferred) from a recognized institution.
- Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years in school teaching.
- Ideally, 3–4 years in leadership roles such as principal, teacher trainer, or academic manager.

Primary Responsibilities
Your main objective will be to conduct thorough, evidence-based evaluations under the WSE framework to assess school performance and drive lasting improvements. Key tasks include:
1. Data Collection & Synthesis
- Conduct on-site evaluations, including classroom visits, student record reviews, surveys, and interviews.
- Collect and analyze evidence to create accurate, actionable reports.
- Provide constructive and respectful feedback to school stakeholders throughout the evaluation process.
- Ensure findings are backed by well-documented observations and data.
2. Pattern Recognition & Analysis
- Examine datasets to uncover trends, correlations, and systemic gaps in school operations.
- Identify key factors affecting teaching, learning, and management practices.
- Draw well-supported conclusions that inform strategic decisions for school improvement.
