🔧 1. Lift Engineer

Required Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (BE Electrical/Mechanical) from an HEC-recognized institution.

Experience Requirement:

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in:
  • Installation and maintenance of elevators
  • Repair and fault diagnostics
  • Supervision and management of elevator operations
  • Oversight of third-party elevator maintenance contracts

Technical Knowledge:

• Strong familiarity with modern elevator systems, including:
  • Hydraulic elevators
  • Traction systems
  • Machine Room Less (MRL) elevators

Maximum Age Limit:

• Up to 50 years
• Age relaxation may be granted to candidates with exceptional relevant experience.

🛠️ 2. Lift Technician

Educational Qualification:

• DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering) in Electrical or Mechanical disciplines from a recognized institute.

Experience Requirement:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience working with elevator systems.
• Proven skills in:
  • Elevator installation and preventive maintenance
  • Troubleshooting and repairs
  • Operation and routine inspection of elevators

Technical Skills Required:

• Must have sound knowledge of:
  • Elevator safety standards and best practices
  • Electrical diagrams and control panel configurations
  • Mechanical components, including motors, brakes, and hydraulic/traction mechanisms
  • Emergency response protocols in elevator malfunctions

Maximum Age Limit:

• Up to 45 years
