Position Title:
Head – Employee Banking & Cash Management
Grade: EVP-I / EVP
Location: Lahore
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and implement strategies to grow Employee Banking and Cash Management portfolios across various business sectors.
- Lead the development of a fully digital mandate fulfillment system with a capable team to ensure seamless execution.
- Establish and manage relationship frameworks for corporate clients within the division.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to generate a strong customer pipeline and convert leads into valuable business relationships.
- Conduct detailed analysis of market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to define targeted business strategies.
- Ensure consistent engagement with all stakeholders to maintain smooth operations and strengthen partnerships.
- Meet financial goals including Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet targets specific to the division.
- Promote cross-selling of the bank’s products and services by working closely with other departments.
- Spearhead initiatives for continuous process improvement, digital transformation, and product innovation to drive customer satisfaction and business profitability.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.
- Experience: At least 15 years of banking experience is mandatory.
- Age Limit: Applicants must be 55 years or below as of August 3, 2025.
