Position 1: Manager – Learning Management System (LMS) & Digital Services
Key Role Overview
The Manager will take full responsibility for overseeing ICAP’s Learning Management System, ensuring the seamless delivery of study materials and a smooth, accessible, and engaging user experience.
Core Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the LMS, ensuring all resources are organized, regularly updated, and compliant with institutional policies and data protection regulations.
- Monitor system performance, resolve issues promptly, and liaise with vendors for maintenance, upgrades, and new feature integration.
- Lead LMS-related projects including platform enhancements, process improvements, and system integrations.
- Mentor and guide LMS administrators and digital learning specialists, fostering high performance within the team.
- Train staff on LMS tools, best practices, and troubleshooting to maximize platform usage.
- Evaluate LMS usage data, prepare performance reports, and present findings to senior leadership.
Eligibility Criteria
- Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or Project Management from an HEC-recognized institution.
- 3–5 years’ proven experience in LMS administration, digital learning projects, and vendor coordination.
- Hands-on expertise with platforms like Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, or similar, along with content structuring and user support skills.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking capabilities in a high-paced work environment.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, API integration, and familiarity with compliance standards, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and e-learning content tools.
- Knowledge of AI-driven solutions in digital learning, such as automated assessments and personalized learning, will be an added advantage.

Position 2: Deputy Manager – Department of Initial Professional Development
Key Role Overview
The Deputy Manager will support academic content development, manage projects, and ensure the smooth execution of initiatives that enhance ICAP’s professional development programs.
Core Responsibilities
- Collaborate with content experts to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance of academic materials.
- Assist in strategic projects such as academic mapping, policy creation, international benchmarking, and event coordination.
- Facilitate the transition of study materials to digital formats and conduct proofreading for accuracy.
- Research academic structures, curriculum models, and international best practices.
- Manage contracts with vendors, maintain accurate payment records, and oversee timely renewals.
- Address student queries via email and other support channels, ensuring effective and prompt responses.
- Participate in the creation and rollout of Shariah-compliant courses aligned with Islamic Finance principles.
- Undertake any additional tasks as directed by supervisors.
Eligibility Criteria
- Professional Accounting Affiliate with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or MBA from an HEC-recognized institution with 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Preference will be given to those with exposure to Islamic Finance or Shariah-compliant systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Capable of working both independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment.
