Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution is mandatory.
Professional Experience:
- Prior experience in handling inbound and outbound calls, customer queries, and complaint management will be an added advantage.
Language Proficiency:
- Fluency in Sindhi (both speaking and listening) is essential for this role.
