  • Quota: Punjab (1), Sindh Urban (1), Balochistan (1), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (1), Gilgit-Baltistan (1), Open Merit (1)
  • Qualifications:
    • MSc in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication, or Computer) with at least a 3.5 CGPA/75% marks.
    • Alternatively, BSc in Telecommunication, Electrical, Electronics, or Electrical & Computer Engineering with a minimum 3.5 CGPA/75%.
    • Valid PEC registration.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant field within a reputable ICT organization or telecom company.
    • Preferred experience includes expertise in Radio Spectrum Management, wireless communication standards (5G, Cloud Computing, IoT), and familiarity with international standards such as IEEE, ITU, 3GPP.
  • Age Limit: Maximum 32 years.

2. Assistant Director (Admin/HR) – EG-2

  • Number of Posts: 1
  • Quota: Open Merit
  • Qualifications:
    • Master’s degree in Human Resource Management (HRM), MBA (HR), LLM, or MPA from a reputed university with at least 3.5 CGPA/75% marks.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 7 years’ experience in a BPS-16 role or equivalent within the public or private sector.
    • Preferred experience includes working in HR functions, HRMS software, and a multinational environment, with skills in policy formulation and excellent communication abilities.
  • Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.

3. Assistant Director (Finance & Accounts/Audit) – EG-2

  • Number of Posts: 1
  • Quota: Open Merit
  • Qualifications:
    • ICMA, ACCA, or an MBA with specialization in Finance & Accounts, or MSc in Economics with a 3.5 CGPA/75%.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 6 years in finance and accounting within the public or private sector.
    • Preferred experience includes expertise in taxation, financial reporting, audits, and budget preparation.
  • Age Limit: Maximum 40 years.
