Position Details

Job Title: Legislative Advisor
Scale: MP-II Pay Package
No. of Positions: 01
Age Limit: Up to 62 years

Essential Qualifications and Experience

• The candidate must possess a foreign or local LLM degree, Barrister-at-Law, or be a qualified Solicitor.
• A minimum of seven (07) years of post-qualification legal experience is required. This experience can be within Pakistan or abroad, in either the public or private sector.
• Must have sound expertise in drafting and reviewing legal instruments, such as:
  • International agreements, MoUs, conventions, and contracts
  • Policy and regulatory legal documents
• Strong preference will be given to candidates with:
  • Practical exposure to international law
  • Experience in legislative drafting
  • Work background in public sector institutions, state-owned enterprises, or reputable private legal entities
