The Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) is seeking applications from competent, experienced, and motivated professionals for various positions on deputation basis. Officers serving in Ministries, Divisions, Sub-ordinate Offices, Autonomous/Semi-Autonomous Bodies who are currently working in BPS-18 and BPS-17 are encouraged to apply. Available Positions and Criteria
- Deputy Director (Senior Software Developer) – SPS-18
- Vacancy: 01
- Location: BISP Headquarters, Islamabad
- Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in Computer Science/IT from a recognized HEC institution with at least second-class division or 2.74/4.0 CGPA.
- Experience: At least 5 years of post-qualification professional experience in software development.
- Preferred Certifications: Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE Programmer, Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional.
- Deputy Director (Senior Developers) – SPS-18

- Qualification & Experience: Same as Senior Software Developer (16 years of education in Computer Science/IT with 5 years’ relevant experience).
- Preferred Certifications: Oracle, Java, or security-related certifications are desirable.
- Deputy Director (Documentation & Reporting) – SPS-18

- Qualification: Master’s degree or 16 years of education in Computer Science/IT with a minimum second class or CGPA 2.74/4.0.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in documentation and report management.
- Deputy Director (Domain Expert) – SPS-18

- Experience: 7–8 years post-qualification experience in domain specialization.
- Preferred Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, NSE 4 or 5, JNCIA-DC, JNCIS-DC.

- Deputy Director (IT/Operations & System Support) – SPS-18

- Qualification: Master’s degree or 16 years of education in Computer Science/IT from HEC recognized university with minimum CGPA of 2.74/4.0 or second class.
- Preferred Certifications: Microsoft, Red Hat, VMware, DVC, Backup technologies.
- Deputy Director (Network/Infrastructure Support) – SPS-18

- Location: BISP HQ, Islamabad
- Qualification: Master’s degree or 16 years of education in Computer Science/IT with minimum CGPA 2.74/4.0.
- Preferred Certifications: Cisco, Juniper, CCNP, or equivalent.
Key Instructions
- All appointments will be made strictly on deputation basis from eligible government officers already serving in BPS-17 and BPS-18.
- Applicants must meet the minimum education and experience criteria. Preference will be given to candidates with professional certifications in the relevant field.
