Position Details:

  • Job Title: Constable (Male)
  • Grade: BPS-07
  • Total Vacancies: 3,229
  • Age Limit: 18 to 22 years
    (General age relaxation of up to 5 years as per government rules)
  • Educational Requirement: Minimum Matriculation (SSC) from a recognized board
  • Height Requirement: 5 feet 7 inches
  • Chest Measurement: 33″ x 34½”
  • Domicile Quota: Divided by provinces and regions as follows:

Provincial/Regional Quota Breakdown:

  • Punjab (incl. ICT): 646 seats (20%)
  • Sindh (Urban): 194 seats (6%)
  • Sindh (Rural): 323 seats (10%)
  • Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP): 646 seats (20%)
  • Balochistan: 323 seats (10%)
  • Ex-FATA / Merged Districts: 309 seats (10%)
  • Gilgit-Baltistan: 129 seats (4%)
  • Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK): 124 seats (4%)
  • Children of Martyrs: 185 seats (6%)
  • Children of Retired/In-Service Employees: 129 seats (4%)

Selection Process:

  1. Physical Test – Includes 1.6 km (1 mile) run in 7 minutes, pushups, sit-ups, and other physical assessments.
  2. Written Examination – Based on Matric level syllabus.
  3. Medical Examination – As per government medical standards.

  1. Online Registration must be completed through the National Job Portal: http://njp.gov.pk.
    The application deadline is 15 days from the publication of this advertisement.
  2. Incomplete or late submissions will not be considered.
  3. Shortlisted candidates will be informed through SMS, email, or official portal updates regarding test/interview dates.

  • Candidates already working in government or semi-government institutions must apply through proper channel.
