Expression of Interest (EOI) for Project Support Staff (Contract Basis)

Available Positions

1. Program Officer – IT (01 Position)

  • Pay Scale: PPS-07
  • Qualifications:
    • Master’s degree in IT/Computer Science (MCS/BS-CS) from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in software/hardware troubleshooting, IT project management, or system support.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Management of IT infrastructure for the program.
    • Ensure system security, data protection, and network efficiency.
    • Provide IT solutions for project monitoring and reporting systems.

2. Senior Specialist – RMNCAH (01 Position)

  • Pay Scale: PPS-07/08
  • Qualifications:
    • MBBS along with Master’s in Public Health, Health Policy, or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution.
  • Experience:
    • At least 7–8 years of experience in maternal, neonatal, and child health (RMNCAH) program design, planning, or implementation.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide technical expertise in maternal and child health programs.
    • Develop policies, guidelines, and frameworks for RMNCAH.
    • Support provincial and district-level health interventions.

3. Finance Assistant (01 Position)

  • Pay Scale: PPS-06/07
  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • Experience:
    • At least 2 years of relevant experience in public/private finance, preferably in development projects.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Assist in budget preparation and expenditure monitoring.
    • Maintain financial records, accounts, and reports.
    • Support internal audits and ensure compliance with financial procedures.

4. Data Processing Assistant (01 Position)

  • Pay Scale: PPS-06/07
  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Statistics.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in data entry, data management, and processing software.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Collect, organize, and process project-related data.
    • Generate reports to support monitoring and evaluation activities.
    • Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and security of project databases.

General Instructions

  • All positions are offered strictly on a contract basis, linked to project duration.
  • Candidates must have qualifications from HEC-recognized institutions.
  • Only candidates domiciled in Sindh are eligible to apply.
