🎯 Eligibility, Experience & Qualification Requirements
1. Town Planning Officer (BPS-17)
- BS/MS in Urban & Regional Planning
- Experience in planning, zoning, and building control systems preferred
- Proficiency in GIS, AutoCAD, and master planning tools
2. Assistant Town Planning Officer (BPS-16)
- Bachelor’s degree in Town Planning or Geomatics
- Skills in field surveys, data collection, and plan assessment
3. Senior / Junior Draftsman
- DAE or Diploma in Drafting
- Strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 2D/3D designing
- Experience in building map drafting preferred
4. Surveyor (BPS-09)
- DAE (Civil) or Survey Certificate
- Proficiency in Total Station, GPS, and leveling instruments
5. Assistant / Accountant / Clerk / Stenotypist
- Graduation or Intermediate in the relevant field
- Computer literacy, MS Office expertise, typing ability, and record management skills
6. Computer Operator
- Diploma in IT/Computer Science
- Expertise in data entry, MIS, MS Excel, and software handling
7. Naib Qasid / Chowkidar
- Primary/Middle pass
- Hardworking, responsible, and experienced in government duties preferred
