Consultant General Manager – Information Technology
🎓 Required Qualifications
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution (Master’s preferred).
- Preferred background: Professional qualifications or certifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Candidates with degrees in other disciplines may also be considered if supported by strong professional IT experience.
- Must possess deep knowledge of Information Management Systems, networking, automation, and enterprise-level digital operations.
💼 Required Experience
Candidates with strong leadership and strategic IT experience will be prioritized. The ideal applicant must have:
1️⃣ Senior Leadership Roles
- Minimum 3 years senior-level experience such as COO, CTO, or equivalent positions in a reputable IT company.
- At least 5 years of experience managing senior teams, leading departments, and supervising organizational IT operations.
2️⃣ IT Company Management
- Proven background in managing an established IT firm or working at a senior management level overseeing business processes, strategic planning, and IT development.
3️⃣ Startup & Organizational Structuring Experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in setting up IT startups, creating team structures, assigning job roles, and defining KPIs for departmental functions.
4️⃣ Technical Expertise
Applicant must possess in-depth working knowledge of:
- LAN & WAN networking
- Server deployment and infrastructure
- ERP deployment and customization
- IT security administration
- Software development and troubleshooting
- System integration & IT infrastructure optimization
Experience must span at least 5 years in these domains.
5️⃣ ERP Leadership Experience
- Minimum 3 years professional experience in ERP development, deployment, and enterprise-level management, including organizational implementation.
💰 Pay Package
- Salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

📆 Contract Duration
- The contract will be awarded for a fixed term of three (03) years.
