1. Middle Management Position – Procurement & Services
Key Responsibilities:Requirements:
- Minimum 16 years of education in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 6 years of experience in procurement, with expertise in negotiation, vendor management, and contract compliance.
- Must possess strong organizational skills and proficiency with procurement systems.
2. Junior Management/Middle Management – Talent Acquisition
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with departmental heads to assess hiring needs and support workforce planning.
- Coordinate with educational institutions for branding and internship programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, or Public Administration.
- Preferably 3+ years of experience in a similar role, particularly in recruitment within a corporate environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and familiarity with HR software and talent acquisition tools.
3. Middle Management Position – Solution Architect
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of applications using Oracle APEX.
- Ensure efficient integration of new solutions into the existing architecture, enhancing scalability and performance.
- Create user-friendly, secure applications with a focus on industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- At least 6 years of experience in IT solution architecture, specifically with Oracle APEX.
- Strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in APEX development tools.
4. Middle Management Position – Energy Efficiency & Resource Conservation Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze energy consumption data to identify efficiency opportunities.
- Develop actionable recommendations to optimize energy usage.
- Implement energy conservation strategies and support sustainability practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Energy Management, or Environmental Science.
