The Indus River System Authority (IRSA), a statutory autonomous organization established under Act No. XXII of 1992, has announced a major recruitment drive for its Real-Time Discharge Monitoring Telemetry Project being implemented in collaboration with WAPDA as the executing agency.

This national-level project aims to modernize water flow monitoring across the Indus Basin Irrigation System (IBIS) by installing advanced telemetry equipment at 27 key river and canal sites located throughout Punjab, Sindh, Balochistan, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

IRSA is inviting applications from qualified, experienced, and motivated candidates for multiple technical, engineering, administrative, monitoring, and support staff positions on a project basis with attractive government-approved salary packages.

The Telemetry Project focuses on:

Real-time water discharge measurement
Digital monitoring of Indus Basin water flows
