1. General Manager (Production / Ship Building)

Job Overview:
This role requires a strategic leader to oversee shipbuilding and production operations. The ideal candidate will spearhead initiatives related to manufacturing, ship repair, and marine engineering services, ensuring efficient project delivery within timelines and budgets.

Key Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: A Master’s degree or its equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or Naval Architecture from an HEC-recognized local or reputable international university.
- Professional Experience: 20 to 25 years of progressive experience in a large-scale industrial or engineering organization, preferably in marine production. Preference will be given to candidates who have been involved in shipbuilding, vessel repair, and maintenance projects within the marine industry.
- Age Limit: Maximum age is 45 years, with flexibility for exceptional candidates.
Core Skills:
- Proficient leadership and project management
- Extensive knowledge of ship construction and industrial engineering practices
- Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and liaise with external stakeholders
2. Deputy General Manager (Information Technology)

Job Overview:
This position demands a seasoned IT professional to manage enterprise-level IT infrastructure and software solutions. The DGM (IT) will be responsible for leading digital transformation initiatives and implementing secure, efficient systems across the organization.
Key Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Science from an HEC/PEC-recognized institution.
- Experience: 10 to 20 years of relevant experience, especially in IT management, ERP (Oracle, IFS), and software development.
- Certifications: Certifications in E-Commerce, Cybersecurity, or relevant specializations will be considered advantageous.
- Age Limit: Maximum 45 years (relaxable for outstanding applicants).
Core Skills:
- Expertise in software systems, enterprise resource planning, and IT security
- Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying IT infrastructure
