Position: Territory Sales Officer

Location: Faisalabad

About the Role

As a Territory Sales Officer at Ideas®, you will play a key role in driving business growth by expanding our wholesale and retail network within your assigned territory. The position demands a proactive individual who can manage clients, boost sales performance, and maintain profitable relationships in a competitive market. You’ll be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing recoveries, and ensuring seamless receivable management while promoting the brand’s values and vision.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum Qualification: Graduation (Business, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years or more in Field Sales, preferably in the textile, apparel, or FMCG sector.
  • Candidates with experience in managing wholesale distribution channels will be given preference.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Sales & Target Achievement: Strong record in meeting and exceeding sales goals while implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Recovery & Receivable Management: Ability to maintain financial discipline through timely recovery and cash flow management.
  • Client Relationship Management (CRM): Building long-term partnerships with existing and new clients through consistent engagement and service excellence.
  • Market Intelligence & Local Awareness: In-depth understanding of local markets, customer preferences, and competitor activities to drive business performance.
  • Negotiation & Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and persuasion abilities for closing deals and achieving win-win outcomes.
