Position Overview

• Parental Engagement: Maintain open communication with parents and guardians through regular updates, conferences, and collaborative goal setting to support student success.
• Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and professional learning communities to stay current with educational best practices and pedagogical innovations.
• Technology Integration: Incorporate educational technology tools to enhance instruction and facilitate differentiated learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification preferred.
• Experience: Prior experience in a classroom setting, with a demonstrated ability to implement effective instructional strategies.
