Vacancies and Requirements
1. Assistant (BPS-15)
- Age Limit: 18–35 years
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (minimum second division).
- Total Vacancies: 217
- Responsibilities: Office work, file management, report preparation, and administrative support.
2. Stenotypist (BPS-14)
- Age Limit: 18–30 years
- Qualification: Intermediate or equivalent, shorthand and typing speed (80/40 wpm).
- Total Vacancies: 50
- Responsibilities: Preparing correspondence, maintaining official records, typing office documents, and shorthand note-taking.
3. Data Entry Operator (BPS-14)
- Age Limit: 18–30 years
- Total Vacancies: 117
- Responsibilities: Data entry, record verification, and database maintenance.
4. Upper Division Clerk (UDC) – (BPS-13)
- Age Limit: 18–30 years
- Qualification: Intermediate (computer operating skills required).
- Total Vacancies: 49
- Responsibilities: Official correspondence, file handling, record keeping, and administrative assistance.
5. Lower Division Clerk (LDC) – (BPS-11)
- Age Limit: 18–30 years
- Qualification: Matriculation (minimum typing speed of 30 wpm).
- Total Vacancies: 98
- Responsibilities: Basic office tasks, organizing files, data entry, and record maintenance.
6. Driver (BPS-4)
- Age Limit: 18–30 years
- Qualification: Primary education with a valid driving license.
- Total Vacancies: 36
- Responsibilities: Safely operating official vehicles and ensuring their maintenance.

Important Instructions
- Government employees must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of application.
