The Ministry of Information Technology & Telecommunication (MoITT), Government of Pakistan, invites applications from competent, dynamic, and qualified professionals for various project positions under the “URAAN Pakistan – Digital Nation Pakistan” initiative.

Available Positions

1. Project Director (PPS-11) – 1 post (Maximum Age: 50 years)
2. Director (Innovation) (PPS-10) – 1 post (Maximum Age: 40 years)
   Will lead innovation frameworks, develop new initiatives, and promote cutting-edge technologies for digital transformation.
3. Director (HRD/Skills) (PPS-10) – 1 post (Maximum Age: 45 years)
   To oversee training programs, human resource development, and skills enhancement initiatives aligned with digital economy requirements.
4. Director (Seed/Funding) (PPS-10) – 1 post (Maximum Age: 45 years)
   Will manage funding strategies, seed capital facilitation, and financial support mechanisms for startups and digital entrepreneurs.
5. Director (AICU) (PPS-10) – 1 post (Maximum Age: 45 years)
   Responsible for the Artificial Intelligence Coordination Unit, ensuring AI adoption, implementation, and research support across projects.
6. Joint Director (Innovation) (PPS-09) – 1 post (Maximum Age: 40 years)
   Will assist in innovation programs, policy support, and adoption of emerging technologies.
7. Joint Director (HRD/Skills) (PPS-09) – 1 post (Maximum Age: 40 years)
   To provide operational and technical support for HRD initiatives and training programs.
8. Joint Director (Seed/Funding) (PPS-09) – 1 post (Maximum Age: 40 years)
   Will assist in managing project funding cycles, partnerships, and investment facilitation.
9. Joint Director (AICU) (PPS-09) – 1 post (Maximum Age: 40 years)
   Will support AI-related research and development activities under the AICU.
10. Manager (Finance & Procurement) (PPS-08) – 1 post (Maximum Age: 40 years)
    Responsible for financial planning, accounts management, and procurement activities in line with government rules.
11. Manager (Admin & HR) (PPS-08) – 1 post (Maximum Age: 40 years)
    Will handle human resources, administrative functions, and compliance with policies.
12. Assistant Director (Project Support) (PPS-07) – 4 posts (Maximum Age: 40 years)
    To support project operations, reporting, and implementation activities.
13. Office Assistant (PPS-06) – 4 posts (Maximum Age: 40 years)
    Responsible for office documentation, coordination, and administrative tasks.
14. Support Staff (PPS-04) – 2 posts (Maximum Age: 45 years)
    To provide logistical and clerical support for smooth functioning of project operations.
