Eligibility Criteria

Education and Qualification:

  • A minimum of graduation (or equivalent) from a recognized local or international university/institute approved by HEC.

Age Limit:

  • Applicants must not exceed 28 years of age on the closing date of application submission.

Experience:

  • At least one year of relevant banking experience is required, particularly in commercial or SME banking sectors.

Responsibilities and Duties

The Relationship Manager will play a central role in developing and maintaining client relationships to support the Bank’s lending portfolio. Key duties include:

    • Formulate and implement effective client acquisition strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

  5. Risk Management and Compliance
    • Ensure all credit facilities are within approved Bank risk guidelines.
    • Identify warning signals early and implement proactive measures.
    • Ensure compliance with Bank policies, regulations, and legal standards.
  6. Collaboration and Service Delivery
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.
    • Support achievement of both financial and non-financial targets, including client satisfaction and portfolio growth.
    • Contribute to Bank’s overall strategic goals by meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
  7. Other Responsibilities
    • Provide regular feedback and reports to supervisors.
    • Undertake additional assignments as required by management.

  • Strong expertise in Credit Lending, SME financing, and Trade Finance.
