1. Admin Officer (BPS-16) – 01 Post (Merit)

Age Limit: 20–28 Years

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (14 years of education) from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in Administration, Establishment, or Accounts matters.
  • Must be computer literate.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing administrative affairs of the organization.
  • Supervising establishment and accounts-related functions.
  • Coordinating internal office procedures.
  • Ensuring compliance with federal government policies.

This role requires strong organizational skills, documentation expertise, and the ability to handle confidential administrative matters efficiently.

2. Assistant (BPS-15) – 02 Posts

Quota: Merit (01), Punjab including ICT (01)
Age Limit: 20–28 Years

Eligibility:

  • Graduate / Bachelor’s degree from HEC-recognized university.
  • Proficiency in computer applications.

Key Duties:

  • Assisting senior officers in administrative tasks.
  • Preparing official correspondence.
  • Record maintenance and file management.
  • Data entry and documentation support.

3. Steno-Typist (BPS-14) – 01 Post

Quota: Punjab (Including ICT)
Age Limit: 18–25 Years

Required Qualification:

  • Intermediate or equivalent.
  • Minimum shorthand speed of 80 w.p.m.
  • Typing speed of 40 w.p.m.
  • Must be computer literate.

Responsibilities:

  • Taking dictation in shorthand.
  • Preparing official drafts and letters.
  • Maintaining confidential documentation.
  • Assisting officers in meetings and official communications.

4. UDC – Upper Division Clerk (BPS-13) – 01 Post (Merit)

Age Limit: 18–25 Years

Qualification:

  • Intermediate or equivalent.
  • Must be computer literate.

Duties:

  • Handling official files and documentation.
  • Managing data entry tasks.
  • Assisting in office administration.

5. LDC – Lower Division Clerk (BPS-11) – 01 Post

Quota: Punjab (Including ICT)
Age Limit: 18–25 Years

Qualification:

  • Matriculation.
  • Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.

Job Role:

  • Typing official documents.
