Position Title:
Program Officer (Lahore)
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Educational Qualification: A Master’s degree in Computer Science (MCS) or a Bachelor’s degree (BS) in IT or a relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized university.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of data collection tools and community-based applications used in health or social development projects.
- Preferred Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in health-related programs or community-based initiatives will be highly advantageous.
- Skills Required:
- Proficiency in using IT systems and software for program data management.
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will:
- Oversee program implementation, monitoring, and reporting within the assigned region.
- Facilitate data collection and analysis using community-based digital platforms and applications.
- Collaborate with community health teams to ensure timely submission of accurate data.
- Support program planning, documentation, and reporting requirements.
- Provide technical assistance for IT-related issues in data management systems used within the program.
- Work closely with field teams to ensure compliance with organizational policies and program objectives.
- Contribute to capacity-building initiatives and training sessions related to program data systems.
- Ensure effective coordination with local stakeholders to support program goals.
This role is ideal for candidates who are tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and passionate about improving healthcare delivery through technology-driven solutions.
