The National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC), headquartered in G-5/2 Islamabad, has officially announced new project-based job opportunities for 2026. NTC is hiring for the following posts:
1. Project Manager (PPS-8)
- Salary: Rs. 218,750 per month (All Inclusive)
- Location: Islamabad
- Maximum Age Limit: 35 Years (Relaxable up to 40 years as per rules)
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Telecom).
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in optical transmission networks (DWDM / SDH / OTN).
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with OTN technology.
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience in the telecom sector.
- Experience in managing transmission network projects from planning to successful handover.
- Multi-vendor project experience preferred.
- PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council) registration is mandatory.

2. Project Engineers (PPS-7)

Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Telecom Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in optical transmission networks (DWDM / SDH / OTN).
- At least 1 year of hands-on OTN experience.
- Practical experience in installation, commissioning, and testing of DWDM/OTN telecom equipment.
- Experience in network rollout projects preferred.
- PEC registration mandatory.

3. Project Coordinator (PPS-6)

- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in project coordination or project management support.
- Proficiency in MS Project and other project management tools.
- Strong expertise in project monitoring, reporting, and documentation.
Ideal for candidates with project support and reporting expertise in large-scale telecom or IT projects.
4. Accountant (PPS-6)
- Salary: Rs. 105,000 per month (All Inclusive)
- Location: Islamabad
- Maximum Age: 30 Years
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in project accounting and financial reporting.
Suitable for finance professionals experienced in managing public sector project accounts.
5. Engineering Supervisor (PPS-5)
- Salary: Rs. 70,000 per month (All Inclusive)

- Location: Karachi / Lahore

Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE – Telecom).
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in DWDM / SDH / OTN.
- Experience in network configuration via NMS.
- Practical experience in installation, testing, and troubleshooting of transmission equipment.

- Minimum 5 years of driving experience in a reputable organization or government department.
