Available Positions
1. Director Operations
No. of Positions: 01
Location: Islamabad
Role Overview:
The Director Operations will play a pivotal leadership role in managing and overseeing NTS’s nationwide testing and administrative operations. The position involves strategy formulation, planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation of projects related to educational and professional testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise nationwide testing activities and logistic arrangements
- Develop policies and frameworks for operational efficiency
- Coordinate with public and private stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
- Ensure adherence to testing standards, regulations, and ethical protocols
- Monitor the development, printing, and security of examination materials
- Develop and manage field teams and regional offices
Eligibility Criteria:
- Master’s Degree in Management Sciences, Public Administration, or a relevant discipline from a recognized university
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in management and operations, preferably in an educational or testing institution
- Proven leadership capabilities and excellent decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
2. Deputy Director – IT

Location: Islamabad
Role Overview:
The Deputy Director IT will be responsible for managing the organization’s core IT infrastructure, digital platforms, and technical development initiatives. The role includes ensuring system security, developing new digital tools, and enhancing data management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, maintain, and upgrade IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and databases
- Lead the development of testing software, portals, and online platforms
- Ensure cybersecurity, data privacy, and system uptime
- Supervise technical teams and ensure timely implementation of IT projects
- Develop backup and disaster recovery protocols
- Collaborate with internal departments for digital integration of services
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related IT field from an HEC-recognized institution
- Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in system administration or IT management
- Strong skills in software development, network management, and data security
- Certifications like CCNA, Microsoft, or Linux will be considered an asset
