Positions Available:
We are seeking highly skilled professionals for the posts of Senior Instructor/Instructor (Interpreter & Translator) in the following languages:
1. German Language
- Interpreter Qualification: Minimum C1 level or equivalent certification in German, with excellent interactive and spoken English skills.
- Translator Qualification: Minimum C1 level or equivalent certification in German, with strong written and spoken English proficiency.
2. Japanese Language
- Interpreter Qualification: Minimum C1 level or equivalent in Japanese with effective communication skills in English.
- Translator Qualification: Minimum C1 level or equivalent in Japanese with solid command of English language.
3. Russian Language
- Interpreter Qualification: Minimum C1 level or equivalent with strong interactive English skills.
- Translator Qualification: Minimum C1 level or equivalent with proficient English writing and reading ability.
4. Spanish Language
- Interpreter Qualification: Minimum C1 level or equivalent, with good English interaction skills.
- Translator Qualification: Minimum C1 level or equivalent, with excellent English proficiency.
5. Korean Language
- Interpreter Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in BS Korean Language or BS T&I (Korean) plus certification/diploma in Translation and Interpretership, along with good English interaction skills.
- Translator Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in BS Korean Language or BS T&I (Korean) with advanced English writing skills.
6. Turkish Language
- Interpreter Qualification: BS T&I (Turkish) with minimum C1 level or equivalent, along with interactive English communication ability.
- Translator Qualification: BS T&I (Turkish) with minimum C1 level or equivalent and strong English language command.
7. Chinese Language
- Interpreter Qualification: Minimum HSK-5 level or equivalent certification with excellent spoken English skills.
- Translator Qualification: Minimum HSK-5 level or equivalent with good English reading and writing skills.
8. Bangla Language
- Interpreter Qualification: Certification in Bangla language with strong interactive English skills.
- Translator Qualification: Certification in Bangla language with good English proficiency.

- Attested copies of educational certificates and degrees
- Professional experience certificates
- Research publications (if any)
- Copy of CNIC
- Two recent passport-sized photographs
- A non-refundable bank draft of Rs. 2000 (for permanent BPS posts) drawn in favor of Rector NUML Islamabad.
- Applications must be sent via courier to the HR Branch, NUML, Sector H-9, Islamabad.
- Separate applications, along with separate bank drafts, must be submitted if applying for multiple positions.
- Applicants currently employed in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous bodies must apply through the proper channel and submit a valid NOC/service certificate from their respective departments.
Important Information:
- Last Date to Apply: 15th August 2025.
- Only shortlisted candidates meeting the eligibility criteria will be called for written tests and interviews.
- Incomplete or late submissions, as well as applications submitted by hand or email, will not be accepted.
